Hi Outlookers,
I'm looking for a way to show an incoming internet mail in an Outlook custom
form. The only idea I have so far is to move the mail depending on sender or
subject to a special folder and than use a custom form to show messages in
this folder.
But this form should be used by several hunderd users, and I've got
nightmares about telling them how to set up the rules wizard to do the move.
A little bit more backgroud: The mail is generated by a workflow system and
sent over IMC. I want to show a pair of yes/no buttons and send a reply back
to the system. I have some chances to design the incoming mail, but I'm not
sure how to set the MessageClass field, if it is possible at all.
Any hint are greatfully accepted
