hp 3740 deskjet

I can't get Visio 2003 and Windows XP to print the entire page on my deskjet.
HP says it's a Visio problem. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

in your page setup, is page size selected as "same as printer paper size"?

Have you installed the latest Service Packs (SPs) to Visio? There was an
issue with partial printing that one of the Service Packs fixes.

The other thing is to make sure you are using the latest printer drivers
from HP.
