HP Deskjet 4260 Printer Problems

Love HP printers; first time I've had a problem. New DJ 4260 will not print
landscaped items from Office programs. It does not recognize anything that
is beyond one-inch in from right hand side. I have done everything I can
think of as far as adjusting margins, etc. Have also taken HP's technical
support suggestions (basically same things I was already doing). It prints
other programs' landscaped/borderless documents/photos just fine. It only
appears to occur with Office 2007 programs. Any advice will be greatly
appreciated. I'm just a teeny bit desperate, as I have several Publisher
files needing to be printed ASAP. Thank you.

Have you checked for updated drivers? The ones on the printer's CD may not
be the latest.

I have a borderless HP printer. It will not print to the edge in Publisher. My
workaround has been to convert the publication to an image and printing from the
HP software. Works for me.
