HP Deskjet 970 Cse Print Problem

Dave_HP_Qty_Problem

Print quantity now defaults to 4 instead of 1. When change it to other than 4 it reverts back on closing. How to fix this problem?

Version of Windows?
Which printer driver (supplied with printer/supplied with Windows)?
What software are you printing from?

Goto Start, Settings, Printers, R-click on the printer, Printing
prefferences and change the quantity to 1
