HP margin bug

Anyone have an explanation for why it occurs on some PCs and
not others, even using the same printer and identical version
of Word 2002?

AFAIK, no one has any idea why it occurs only alternate third Thursdays on
some machines and never on others, or only with some documents. MS is open
to working on it if they could get enough data, but they don't seem to have
enough sample documents and printer driver info to go on.
