hp photosmart C6180 all-in-one series and office 07

How do you scan an object using the hp printer and send it to office 07?
I've tried with no success. I've talked with HP regarding this issue and
they claim that Microsoft will issue a patch? when? Thank you for your
reply in advance.

Without knowing what you've tried and what error messages you may have
received, no one is going to be able to help you.

Just spent a half hour on chat line with HP re my Officejet 6310 not scanning
to a WORD "*.doc". Worked ok untill I upgraded to Office 2007 from 2000. Per
HP, 6310 not compatible with Office 2007 - seems HP 6310 software predates
Office 2007. HP sez they are working on upgrade & to sign up for
auto-notification on their web site. They did offer a work around using "Clip
art" from the Insert button in Office.
