HP Printer problem

Hello,

Someone emailed me a database and I am having an issue trying to print the
reports to HP Laser printers. The attention lights come on and I need to
feed them through Tray1, by manual feed. I set on of the Lasers to feed
from Tray 3 and still get the attention light and it won't accept the manual
feed. There must be some property of these reports that is causing this,
but I don't know what it is.

It turned out that the report was set for 14" paper, got queued to the
manual feeder.
