hp printer

Hi,
Got a problem with a pc running windows me, works 3.0b and a hp 5600
printer... have to run the hp setup disk whenever the pc is restarted or
works reports that the printer is not installed, this does not happen when
printing from any other aplication (ie6, notepad, word200 etc) I have the
newest hp driver and just cant solve the problem.
