HP printing envelopes

I have problem with printing envelopes form word 2002. I have HP OfficeJet 590 and drivers are up to date.
The problem is that whatever i setting up in margins, the receiver address is always at the edge of envelope. I was trying to print this from my old computer using this same printer and word 97, and it works. What is the problem?

What envelope size did you select in Word?
That will make a difference.
