If I am understanding this right I need to change my default print to work
around this error because it is related to an HP driver? How do I change the
default if I only have one printer? Also, would uninstalling remove or
earase the driver? If it is a $30 printer causing a $1200 pc to crash Word
I am more than willing to get rid of the printer.

I did the work around and have not had anymore problems tonight. My crash
occured if I opened a blank word doc, typed, then opened a previously saved
doc, copied and pasted, saved doc and then closed out. This was the only
time it occured. Since setting onenote as the defualt printer, it does not
crash when I do this product. Wouldn't the world be so much better is all
drivers were compatible.

Yes, the HP driver is at fault. Check on the HP site that you have the
latest driver, but many users before you have the same problem and up to
recently there was no resolution from HP. Just make sure to tell HP that
their driver is still (after nearly a year) broken.

Hi,

I agree wih you. I have the same problem since last summer with exactly the
same hpz3r5ha.dll. Amazing, no?

Hope HP or Microsoft doing something to resolve that problem soon.

Have a nice day.
