Does anyone know where I can find a job application form, etc for HR. Are
there templates out there?

Thanks for your help.

InfoPath comes with some sample form templates. You can find a built in InfoPath form template for resume.
As of now, there are no built-in form templates which can be used by HR. If someone has already developed such form templates and if
they can share those then it's fine. Or else you have to develop InfoPath form based on your requirements.

Hope this helps!

Hi Lena,

Actually there are a set of new InfoPath/Windows Sharepoint templates
available and some of those revolve around HR functionality. You can review
these templates using the following URL:

Applications for Windows SharePoint Services
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sppt/wssapps/default.mspx

However, please also note that many of these templates use a web service
and unfortunately the web service URL was hard-coded so you will need to
modify that URL. The following post has the necessary steps to fix those
templates that are affected:

I hope this helps!
