Hrt in excel cell?

I've got problem:
i need to insert a 10-13, (hrt), CR-NL, - simply normal "enter" in the text
cell. But of course when i push "enter" it jump to next cell. How do this
trick?

Try pressing {Alt} + {Enter} keys at the same time with the cell in edit
mode....
