Hi folks
We make use of a number of shared mailboxes, these shared mailboxes
are added in to our Outlook 2007 profiles. The problem we are having
is that if we go into any of the shared mailboxes and read a message,
the message is in plain text only. Also when we reply to the mail the
format of the message by default is plain text. We have to keep going
into Options and converting the message format to be HTML and changing
fonts etc etc.
I'm sure this is not by design as an old profile I have on a machine
previously did not do this. Is there a setting somewhere we can
change?
Our profiles are configured to compose emails in HTML by default and
internet format is convert to HTML.
I also know that some of the messages sent to the shared mailboxes
started life in HTML format.
Anyone?
Many thanks
AJ
