We have backup software that is supposed to send HTML based reports to
various parties. I have noted that when they emails come through they loose
their formatting and are, as a result, useless.
At my workstation, within Outlook, I have two email accounts as follows:
One is a company account that runs through our ISP via our Exchange server.
This account recieves the unformatted emails.
The other is a personal account that runs through an unrelated IMAP server.
This account recieves the messages correctly.
The other thing that throws me off is that if I forward the correctly
formatted message from the IMAP account to the Exchange account it will come
through correctly. It is only unformatted when it comes originally from the
backup software.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
