Hi everyone,

I've created an html email signature in Dreamweaver so I have a .htm file ready to be used as the signature with Entourage 2004. The problem is that I don't know how to use this .htm file for use as a signature in Entourage and wondered if someone could tell me how to do this / where to place the file so that each new email message will use it?

Appreciate any help.

It's difficult to do any kind of serious formatting in Entourage signatures.
You need to use the basic HTML editing tools in Tools > Signatures. If you
create a template in Word, with a signature formatted as you would like, you
can then compose your messages from that template in Word and send them
using Entourage (File > Send To > Mail Recipient (as HTML)). But that's a
lot of work just for a signature. Not to mention that a lot of users don't
care to receive complex HTML signatures since they don't really add to the
content of the message.

If you want to see better HTML editing tools in Entourage, be sure to send
feedback.

There are two scripts that will insert a file. Not sure how this works with
signatures. You can also see the examples here:

The scripts can be found here in the HTML line:
