I like Entourage much better than Apple's Mail for a number of reasons. However Entourage is lacking some of Mail's features, one of which is HTML email. I am familiar with sending HTML email via Word's SEND TO MAIL AS HTML INLINE option, however Entourage cant easily inline a web page in all the fonts and glory like Mail can.

I can open Safari and copy and paste a website or whatever and the website will appear in original form in the Mail message and display as such on the receiptants end.

Anyone got any solutions? I hate having to use 2 email clients, but I use Mail only sometimes, Entourage primarily.

Instead of sending the page, send the URL. There are scripts available to
insert URL for Safari, OmniWeb and FireFox.

See the URL scripts

In other words, Entourage can't handle HTML email, so you need a lame
workaround, because Microsoft, in all its wisdom, made a "high-end" office
product that can't send complex html - that means no links, no tables, no
css. Might I suggest iWorks.

But thats pointless if I want the person to see the page in their email
message.

iWorks over MS Office 2004? Nah.. I've got AppleWorks 6.x anyways.

The workaround is to use Safari and Mail when I need to send a HTML webpage
to someone.

I dont want to send a URL as that defeats the purpose of sending the page in
the message.

thats one reason why me switching hosting providers from Yahoo to
hostgator.com was an advantage. With Hostgator.com I use Squirell Mail which
is a simple ASCII Plain text email application. It cant sent nort receive
HTML email and it seems to work on virtually any computer or os. I did give
it a try on my Windows CE IE 4.x browser and it worked like a charm.

Yahoo Mail on the other hand is bloated with advertisements, features, and
such. I get tons of spam and it takes a long time to send/receive email.

Why do I need to UPGRADE my computer just to send email? No need too.
