HTML email

We have this great looking HTML e-mail that we would like
to send to a select end user group, but can't figure out
how to send it in Outlook 2000. Everyone keeps
saying "Just drop the HTML folder into Outlook". "Drop
what where?", we ask, but nobody seems to know exactly.
Our web designer, the one who designed the e-mail for us,
works on a Mac and uses a program called Entourage, so he
can't help us much. Can anybody clue us in so we can stop
feeling so dumb? Also, can anyone recommend a better mass
mailer than Outlook.

I'm not a big fan of HTML email simply because one can't be assured that
every recipient can read it.

You might consider putting your message up as a web page and simply emailing
a link to it. This offers the benefit of changing information at the last
minute as well.

My two cents. d:)

As for your Outlook problem, I'm not familiar with Outlook for Windows, but
your friends may simply mean that you just need to open a new email message
and literally drag and drop your HTML file into it. I'm sure that if this is
the solution, you'll see immediate results.

This KB article may be of some help.
