html emails printing blank pages

When trying to print an HTML formatted email that contains
text only, it prints the header properly, but the body of
the email is blank. What setting am I missing here? Can
someone solve my issue? Thanks in advance.

We use that as a temporary work around. Pasting into a
blank word document works and will generate the text when
printing, but we would like to be able to print as
expected. Any other suggestions? Thanks
