HTML emails written in Arial appear to readers as TimesNewRoman

How can I change so that all emails I write (in Arial) appear to others in
Arial. Any email I write in HTML format behaves this way. I changed to Rich
Text format, and that fixes email I initiate, but any time I respond to an
HTML email, the same thing happens.

Replies will alweays be formatted using the original messages' format. If
someone writes to you in Times New Roman, that's what your reply will use.
You can see if Tools>Options>Mail Format>Fonts>Always use my fonts helps.

The initiators are writing in Arial. My response ends up being in Times New
Roman. It appears on my screen as Arial, but shows up as TNR on theirs.
