HTML embeded email's

I have a user who is on outlook 2003 in cached mode but can't ready emails
that have html code embeded.. and maybe thats the wrong way to explain it..

but all they see is the little ico with the square,circle,triangle.. (like
it needs to get a picture)

but they are able to see other html emails just fine.
