[QUOTE="Bob Buckland ?:-\), post: 7045577"] The Office 2000 HTML filter for Word 2000 and the built in 'save as web page-filtered' output from Word 2002 and 2003 are basically identical. Word's default copy/paste format in all 3 versions is HTML (copy some text from inside a Word document and use Edit=>Paste Special and note the default copy format), but I'm assuming you're looking for the HTML source code copy and paste choice under Edit=>Copy HTML? If so you have a couple of options for Word 2003. 1. Check in Tools=>Macro in Word to see if the "Microsoft Script Editor" is listed as a choice. That's the 'HTML/XML' source code view of the opened Word document. If it's not installed you can go to Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel, select the Microsoft Office 2003 choice and add the Script Editor advanced feature. 2. You can also search your disk drive for 'MSFilter.dot' (from the Office 2000 HTML filter v2, and use Tools=>Templates and Add-ins in Word 2003 to [Add] that template as an active Word 2003 addin. Note that the 2000 template can cause some other issues within Word 2003. You'll also need to check Tools=>Options=>Security=>Macro Security to be sure that your settings allow the macros in the .dot file to run. ========= Hi there, Does anyone of you know a component like "HTML Filter for Office 2000" for Office 2003, not for the "Save web page, Filtered" functionnality, but for the "Copy as HTML filtered". I know that I could save it as a htm file, then open it and copy the content, but : - It is for people that haven't got the time to do it (a little bit lazy, I recognize, but above all preventing them from making errors by reducing the amount of human handling) - This functionnality used to be cleaner than the "save as web page", as it did not make a whole html page (containing a header, title, etc.) but just the body part of the page. Anyone has a tip ? >> -- I hope this helped you, Bob Buckland ?:-) MS Office system products MVP LINKS for the 2007 Office System 1.
