html format in mail merge

Hello!

I tried to send an mail merge email in word 2002.

If I use plain text it works, but as html format it doesnt
work. But in in plain text all the formating is lost.

Can someone help?

1. I wouldn't expect Word to do a perfect rendering in HTML when e-mailing,
whatever you do
2. What goes wrong?
3. As far as I know merge using HTML format is only available if your mail
client is the full Outlook (not Outlook Express) and there is at least one
fix related to images in HTML merges that requires you to install the SP-2
version of Office/Outlook/Word.
