I have been in the process of migrating some Outlook Express mail from a Mac
to a PC. After a time consuming and convoluted process (involving much of
the underlying problems associated with encoding differences across
platforms) I managed to get some emails across.
The process involved installing Eudora at each end, opening OE mail in
Eudora, converting the Eudora Mac files to a Unix format, transferring and
opening these on the PC with Eudora and then importing the result into
Outlook 2003.
The problem(s) are that
(1) some emails came across looking like HTML format, and display as tagged
text in the preview pane, and
and (2) no attachments came across.
Has anyone got any ideas how I might resolve one or both of these issues?
Cheers
