html from word

If I am going to do a bunch of html files created in word and saved into
html, and say they are primarily just text and maybe a little code
thrown in and an occasional graphic, is a 1 x 1 table the best container
for the text as a general proposition? Thanks.

I think what Shauna meant was, "Why do you need a container or frame for the
text other than the Web page itself?"

Thanks. In the absence of a frame, the line length and other properties
cannot be controlled so as to look good for all screen resolutions and
monitors. Also, adjacent graphics are not properly positioned.
