HTML HELP question

After struggling a bit, I got my Access 2003 mdb app to work with my .chm
except for one puzzling problem. When I use F1 to call help via the context
IDs, help always shows up in a single window, with no navigation pane, no
TOC pane, no search pane. Hyperlinks in these pages call other pages OK, but
again in a single window. When executed directly the left panes shows up
correctly. How can I make the TOC pane available after an F1 callup?
