HTML Help Viewer

where can I get information about MS HTML Help Viewer? I am having problems
with RoboHelp's Search Tab, and the RoboHelp Tech staff told me it was
related to MS HTML Help Viewer.

Please help... this problem is a week old by now!

It's a part of Windows and has nothing to do with Publisher. (At least not
directly.)
