HTML Help Workshop - index pane not displaying in MS-Access

I created and compiled a .chm file using Microsoft HTML
Help Workshop. In HTML HW it works fine, i.e. the Index
pane shows my index, full of "KLinks" that I created by
reference in the various HTML topic files.

It also works fine when I run the .chm in windows, outside
of HTML HW or MS-Access.

But when I run it under MS-Access (by using the Help File
Property and Help_Context ID properties in my form(s))
instead of displaying MY index, it displays MS-Access's
index (the TOC and topics display fine).

What am I doing wrong?
