HTML in signatures

I believe I know the answer to this but didn't know if there was an
update.

Is there any way to use HTML in a signature? I'm able to do this in
Outlook and Thunderbird but not in Entourage. I know Paul Bekowitz has
an AppleScript called "Set Complex HTML with Inline Files" but it's a
multistep process and I really want to automatically attach the same
HTML signature to each email I send. I guess I can modify the
Applescript code since I know exactly where the file is located but is
there an easier way to do this for every new message and the same HTML
signature?

BTW, does it occur to you that some people would rather *not* receive
HTML emails from you?
