HTML in Task Body

I am tring to create a link to a file on the Network and have it in the body
of a task. So when the user opens the task they can go directly to the file.

I can do this if I send an eMail as I can access the HTMLBody, however, I
get an error when trying to do this when creating a task. The help file says
that you can use Mail and Post with HTMLBody. Is there a way it can be done
with Tasks.

I know the body of a Task will accept HTML with a link, as if I create the
link to the file in an eMail and copy and paste it into the task it will
work. Therefore the task body accepts HTML, but how do I put it in using
VBScript

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Tasks aren't HTML. They're RTF. Enter your link using the Body property, putting it in angle brackets <> if it contains spaces.

The body format is not HTML, but RTF. You can simply write the link into it:

Body = "<file://d:\name.ext>"
