I built an e-commerce website using F.P.2003, I purchased an SSL, not shared.
I'm very concern about security, I've heard of building a site with Java or
ASP to increase security. Which is the best for security and performance, and
can I convert my present site built on F.P.. As a beginner it was built not
changing any coding preferences. Thank you for your help and patience. oblio

What type of security are you concerned about? If you're using SSL once the
customer gets to the shopping cart then the site is secure. You can use ASP
or .NET (which has security features) to add additional security but it will
require changing the code of your site. (and you'd need to learn ASP or
..NET)

"Security" is a very broad topic. Unless you have some specific security
need, there's really no answer to the question.
