HTML links displaying tags

I use a web program that allows me to send my emails using my email program
instead of the web system. The web system always includes a link that is
prepopulated in the message body and can be set to display in HTML or in text
formats. When set to HTML format on the web system, the link (which is always
different) in the body of the message appears as

<A
HREF="http://www.flexmls.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi?20070606164014843835000000&s=3&id=1">Click to view listing(s)</a>

instead of just 'Click to view listings'. Is there an outlook preference to
convert HTML tags to hyper links?

No. a properly formatted hyperlink should render correctly.
