HTML mail: how can I print messages and all attachments in one goplease?

Hello,

We have a few secretaries who printout most messages for their bosses.
That's just the way they work, they see things better on paper.

Anyway, when they receive messages in HTML format, they can't just
press Print to have the message text and any attachments printed;
instead they have to select each attachment and print it separately.
That's driving them mad, especially as we've just migrated from a
third-party mail system which did exactly that.

Is there any way to make Outlook 2002/2003 printout the message and
all attachments in one go please?

Telling them to convert the message to plain text first isn't
feasible. They have a lot of messages to handle and a lot to do apart
from this.

Thanks,

- Alan.

I can recommend you to try this Outlook Plug-in:
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/print_tools/

Print Tools will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages
with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without
even opening them. This Outlook plug-in automatically unpacks and prints
packed "*.zip" and "*.rar" attachments, and supports manual and automatic
working modes.

Will that add in work with other third party filters, or only with Outlook
filters?

I use Pergenex "Auto-Mate", which IMO is far superior to the cumbersome
rules in Outlook. http://www.pergenex.com/index.shtml

(No association with above company at all).
