HTML mail problem in outlook 2007

Hello,

I currently has received email in "Plain text" but the sender is set in
"HTML" format. Other receiver could receive that mail in "HTML". I have check
for my oulook 2007 setting and I set all format in HTML but seemsno effect.
can anyone help me to resolve the problem?
