Hi all
I have a problem with a user that has me stumped!
Microsoft Windows XP, Office 2000
He has a secondary mailbox which receives emails from a website in HTML
format. When he first clicks onto a received email, he can view it in the
preview pane. Now, the moment he clicks off it or double clicks it, he
cannot view the details again!
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work. I logged in as
myself and made the mailbox in question my primary mailbox....the emails
then took 30 seconds to load up. So it doesn't appear to be a software
issue, just a speed issue? I thought so, I logged back in as him to try
again. We sat there for 5 minutes waiting for the emails to load up to no
avail.
Essentially it appears his Outlook/machine is having problems loading up
HTML format emails. I can add the same mailbox onto my PC/Outlook and it
works first time, every time, with no delay.
Does anyone have any idea what i can try? I'm at pains to completely
rebuild the PC he's on if there's an easy fix.
TIA
Shaun
