HTML message help

Need some help thats out of my league totally. A friend out mine just
switched from a PC to an new powerbook. She was using Outlook pn the
PC and has switched over to Entourage on the PowerBook and has
overcome some major problems to recover her address book etc. One of
her jobs is to send out a newsletter to a long list of people.

The newsletter format ( I'm out of my depth here was created in html
and called a masthead. On her PC she opened it up updated it with
current infomation and emailed it to the list. Mac's didn't recieve it
as a properly formatted but PC's did. The masthead loads fine into
word, and looks great. Word can email it has an attachment but howcan
she format it in entourage that both Macs and PC's will see it in
HTML?

Okay the HTML document saved by word looks good in a browser but went
sent with the script in Entourage the bullets come out as á anf a
apostophe shows up as Õ any suggestions to correct this?

Sorry, I haven't experimented with HTML newsletters. If you ask on the Word
or general Office newsgroup they might be more experienced with this.
