HTML Message Question

My wife uses Outlook, I use Outlook Express. When she gets an HTML message,
it shows as HTML on her screen with JPGs embedded. If she forwards it to me,
it comes as text with attached JPGs. However, I get HTML messages from other
people with pictures embedded. Where could the HTML formatting be lost in
this process? Thanks.

What is her message format?

Hi, Milly,

Thanks for answering. I'm not very familiar with Outlook, but I just
checked her settings and she is set-up to create new messages in HTML, rather
than plain text. The HTML messages she forwards to me come into her computer
looking fine, but when they reach mine they are separated into text and JPGs.
Other HTML messages I get look fine. How can I tell if these are being
re-formatted prior to leaving her account, or once they reach mine? When I
look in her SENT folder, what was saved in the Sent folder is in the HTML
format with JPGs and fonts intact.

Jim
