I found some conversation about this but it was about Outlook 2003 and I have
OU2002, so I couldn't find the same settings on 2002. We use 2002 with SP3.
A person has sent a html message and there was an Office picture inserted in
it. She got three replies and in two couldn't see the answer unless she had
the autopreview feature on (the one which shows three lines of the message).
If she opened the message normally, she couldn't see the answer. In these two
messages the answer was written normally in the beginning.
In one reply message she could see the answer and it was written at the end
of her original message and not at the beginning.
What happened here, why does autopreview show the text, but not when the
message is opened?
