HTML messages not printing

My users with Outlook 2002 (Office XP) running Windows
98SE are unable to print HTML emails composed in Outlook
2002 running on Windows XP. Clicking the Print button or
selecting File | Print has no effect -- no print dialog
box, no hourglass, nothing. Has anyone else experienced
this?
