html messages r being rec'd as text? how do i again receive in ht

i'm using outlook '07 and have been receving newsletters etc in html format,
but suddenly, they are all being rec'd in some text form that links don't
work etc.

they are rec'd in html by comcast, but when downloaded to outlook, they now
come as text. i don't have any clue how to rec. them again in html format.

will appreciate any help in resolving this.
