HTML ScreenTips

I have a fairly large Flowchart that has embedded ScreenTips for when I view it in Visio. I am now trying to convert it to HTML and would like for the ScreenTips to show up when I do the conversion. I am using Visio 2003 and I cannot seem to get this to function in the above describe way. Any help would be great.
