html shows instead of clipart except in 'read'

stumped

I have saved some clipart in Word. All of a sudden when I open the document
I read the hyperlink (ex. (INCLUDE PICTURE "cid: ... ). If I click on the
read I have the pictures. I cannot find what to do. Thank you for your help.
