HTML Size Limit

I have a multi-page visio diagram (49 pages, actually) that I want to make a
html page out of. However - when I save as html, IE chokes. (IE 6 and 7 beta2
have been tested, both freak). Firefox, on the other hand, has no problem.
Apparently, this is a recent issue?

Im using Visio 2003 Pro, SP1
