HTML Stretched

Outlook, eh?

An Outlook 2007 user sent me a screen shot of an e-newsletter that had all of
the non-template html stretched to the point of making it illegible. I know
Outlook 2007 is no friend to html, but I am running Outlook 2007 and not
having the same issue.

Any ideas?
