Hi,
I would like to set up a template in Outlook 2003 for my clients and was
wondering if anybody has any suggestions or tips. I can use Photoshop and
have a reasonable understanding of Adobe Golive too.
I want to produce a template with a logo and tagline at the top of every
email then the email text under that then contact, email, website details
and finally a disclaimer. I will be setting the template up for each user
but need it to be very easy and obvious for them where they have to type
their email each time. It would also be nice to put it all in a box.
(something like a red or black line around everything or even a whole web
page). And I also want as much compatibility as possible, within reason!
I have set one up but the email text and everything below that seems to
format it's self to the right of the header line all the time. The sig looks
ok when I first open it but seems to go all wrong when sent.
Any suggestions most appreciated.
Cheers
