HTMLinlinesoundctl should be fixed in Word2003

Installation of XP SP2 caused several functions in Word 2003 to be disabled
(such as "HTMLinlinesoundctl"). Those functions should be reprogrammed to be
compatible with SP2. Unfortunately Microsoft is currently offering Microsoft
Office in a version that is not a fully functioning program.
