Has there been a Microsoft Bulletin about SP 2 for XP causing MS Word to
have a problem inserting sound and video in HTML e-mails? The only
information I've been able to find is one or two post in a dicussion group or
the original SP 2 claim to fix a occasional error with this function.

This function has been broken - you can inquire of the Office MVPs (I am
specialized in Outlook but answer what questions I can in the Office groups)
if there has been a specific notification or KB article about it.
