Htmlmarq.ocx unable to register itself in sys reg

While installing Office 97 Pro I get this message:
htmlmarq.ocx was unable to regester it self in the system registry

Windows XP Service Pack 2 disabled the HTMLmarq.ocx
Active X feature for security reasons.
One workaround that has been suggested by others is
to modify both .ocx files whose names start with HTMLm
in this registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
from .ocx to .old
