HTTP 405 error message

I am trying to publish a form in FrontPage 2000. When I try to submit the
form, I get the error message "HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed.
I have checked with my host, and I have FrontPage extensions on my site.
Really confused. I cant use HTML, although I am switching between the normal
view & HTML view to try to understand HTML.

Any help?
