HTTP 405 error

Hi everyone--I really hope you can help with this one:

Using Project Server and Standard in a workgroup.
Reinstalled MSADC so that users could again see task
details in Web Access. Since then, attempting to publish
a project to the server or even attempting to test the
connection in Collaboration Options generates this
message:

HTTP Error 405 - The HTTP verb used to access this page
is not allowed.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

I have two guesses--1: that I need to reconfigure
security somehow and 2: that ISAPI DLL needed to process
MPP files is missing.

Any insight you could provide is greatly appreciated.

Make sure that msadcs.dll has IP restrictions set to granted.
