http addresses show instead of pictures in emails

In Outlook - when I look at the preview of an email, the pictures will be
blocked, so I right click to download the pictures, but then when I open the
email no pictures show, just http addresses instead of pictures. How can I
get the pictures to show instead of http addresses?
